The manager is expected to generate and communicate operational and functional reports to upper management for trend analysis, cost control, and productivity assessment. Additionally, the position handles various human resource functions such as hiring, firing, training, and employee orientation. Ensuring compliance with corporate and government regulations related to safety, environmental standards, and transportation issues is also a key responsibility. The manager is tasked with protecting the company's image by maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information, continuously updating job knowledge through professional development, and upholding the company's core values and best practices across regional operations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
