Job Description: Manages a team of 15+ associates who are responsible for ensuring non-flood insurance renewals are received and are compliant with requirements of Bank Credit Policy, including evaluation of insurance accuracy, maintenance of insurance tracking items in multiple systems of record based on requirements, retention in the appropriate repository. Must be able to identify critical performance metrics and drive process improvement within the business unit.
