About The Position
The Senior Operations Specialist Provider Enterprise is a pivotal role at MultiCare, responsible for operational leadership and successful delivery of system-wide initiatives. In this position, you will work with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders to provide oversight to operations, support development of initiatives, and promote company culture and strategic vision.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of project management and/or process improvement experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred or ability to get within one (1) year of hire
- Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead operational initiatives and project teams
- Be accountable for the successful completion of assigned complex initiatives, meeting time and budget requirements
- Manage ongoing MHS programs as needed
- Be responsible for the operational communication and organizational communication for assigned initiatives and programs
- Develop project plans for assigned projects including the development of the project budget plan
