About The Position

Restaurant Associates, a leader in dining and event catering for prestigious institutions, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a corporate dining account in Miami, FL. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for employees. The manager will lead and develop a team, handle HR functions, and contribute to the overall success of the dining program.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations, preferably with high-volume production and catering expertise.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong hospitality background that translates seamlessly into a premier corporate dining environment.
  • Leadership experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or comparable high-end corporate dining operations.
  • Accustomed to delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven guest experience while thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role.
  • Ability to adapt hospitality expertise to a sophisticated corporate setting, with a strong focus on operational excellence, client engagement, and exceptional service standards.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with the client (Citadel), their employees, and various departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build innovative menus that align with client preferences and standards, delivering top-quality food and dining experiences.
  • Take ownership of the account's P&L and budgeting, ensuring financial success and meeting client expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs that improve the dining experience for client employees.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices and driving excellence in service delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of associates, including onboarding, training, and handling HR matters.
