About The Position

Chartis Federal is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to provide analytical, technical, and programmatic support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). The Senior Operations Analyst will support strategic planning efforts, transition planning activities, program assessments, and executive-level reviews. This position works closely with Government leadership and stakeholders to develop analyses, briefings, recommendations, and supporting documentation that inform program and organizational decision-making. This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in operations analysis, strategic planning, program analysis, or related federal support activities.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and analytical products.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior Government personnel and diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense organizations.
  • Experience supporting research and development, technology transition, or strategic planning initiatives.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and programmatic input to program summaries, reports, briefings, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
  • Conduct analyses to support strategic planning, program assessments, and mission-focused initiatives.
  • Support development of executive-level briefings, reports, and review materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of Program Approval Documents (PADs), Program Completion Reports (PCRs), RDoc narratives, trip reports, and related program documentation.
  • Analyze program information and develop recommendations to support organizational objectives.
  • Support transition planning activities by assessing program outcomes, stakeholder requirements, and transition opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting transition partner requirements and engagement strategies.
  • Support coordination and communication among Government stakeholders, program teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare written products and presentations for Government review.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support emerging initiatives, strategic engagements, and special projects.
  • Support the development of recommendations, alternatives, and courses of action for Government consideration.
  • Ensure assigned products and deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
