The Sr. Analyst of Operations, Strategy, & Innovation (OSI) provides leadership for operational modernization, enterprise systems and tools, and data governance within the Graduate School for performance optimization and strategic decision making. The role translates graduate education operational needs into cross-functional initiatives, builds scalable data and reporting practices, and advances strategic priorities through coordinated project leadership and stakeholder engagement. This role is designed to increase the Graduate School's operational capacity by improving workflows, strengthening data quality, and enabling technology-supported services that support unit goals. The Sr. Analyst leads the management and prioritization of graduate reporting requests while anticipating emerging reporting needs and guiding the ongoing improvement of reporting capabilities. The role translates complex data and technical information into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making by senior leadership. This person collaborates across the Graduate School and with campus partners to align reporting, analytics, and operational improvements with institutional priorities, applying a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen efficiency and effectiveness.
