The Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading Weatherford’s global onboarding approach and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and effective experience for all new hires and transfers. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role owns the global onboarding framework and standards, works across regions and functions to enable execution, and ensures onboarding supports Day-1 readiness, early productivity, and long-term retention. This role sets clear expectations, governs how onboarding is delivered globally, and partners with the recruiting team, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to ensure onboarding is simple, well-owned, and fit fora global organization.
