We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead enterprise and program level change initiatives supporting business and technology transformation. This role focuses on driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, with a strong preference for experience in utilities, infrastructure, or OT enabled environments. The ideal candidate brings deep consulting experience, executive level presence, and the ability to translate complex technical change into practical, people focused outcomes. Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on client need. The OCM team is a consulting-led group of experienced practitioners who partner with clients to drive successful adoption of complex business and technology transformations. The team brings deep expertise across change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and leadership/organizational effectiveness, helping organizations align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable outcomes.
