Operating at a journeyman's level, autonomously performs service work and preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of complex specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulics, carpentry and/or machine servicing. Requirements

• Technical Degree or Diploma
• O&M Specialist II 1-3 years
• Operations and maintenance 5-7 years
• Class D Driver License -Tennessee - Tennessee Motor Vehicle
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and write and to communicate verbally and in writing with other individuals.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
• Ability to work from drawings, diagrams, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Ability to organize tasks and maintain control of work flow.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a DOT background check based on work facility.

• Class D Driver's License - Arkansas - Arkansas Motor Vehicle
• Class R Driver's License - Mississippi - Mississippi Motor Vehicle

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees work orders for complex preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at a journeyman’s level.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs at a journeyman’s level are completed in a timely and quality manner.
• Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations at a journeyman’s level of expertise.
