As a Sr Network Planning Analyst, you'll help shape the flight schedules that connect Southwest's Customers to the people and places that matter most. In this highly visible role, you'll lead changes to the flight schedule after it has been published and made available for Customers to book—balancing commercial opportunities, operational constraints, and Customer impact to maximize revenue, profitability, and network performance. You'll evaluate complex scheduling decisions, identify opportunities to strengthen Southwest's competitive position, and collaborate across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Crew Planning, Ground Operations, and other Teams to deliver solutions that work for both the business and the operation. Beyond managing schedule changes, you'll help drive the future of Network Planning by developing analytical tools, dashboards, and optimization capabilities that support smarter, data‑driven decision making. Through strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross‑functional leadership, you'll play a direct role in how Southwest plans, adjusts, and operates its network every day. The culture of Southwest Airlines means we value the camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation that occurs when we come together and interact face-to-face at our vibrant Corporate Campus. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
