Deliver designs, specifications and work plans that meet or exceed established business and technical design requirements, approved architecture and technical standards, quality measures, service levels, and continuous improvement goals. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of service catalog items specific to infrastructure solutions design services including, but not limited to, service ownership, service definition, SLA negotiation, SLA performance and SLA reporting. Provide "level 4" technical support and consulting services to Operations for critical sustainment issues. Provide guidance and advice on leading practices, industry standards and conventions, and frameworks and methods. Participate in root cause analysis of high priority (P1 & P2) operational failures; incorporate learnings into solution designs to prevent future failures.
