About The Position
This role combines maintenance and managing of the on-premises and cloud environments, as well as upgrade planning and future needs of the Firm’s information technology.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (all versions), VMWare, Windows Scripting, Microsoft Cloud tools.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years systems admin experience.
- Excellent oral, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, attention to detail, responsive, self-motivated, professional.
- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Cisco connectivity hardware a plus.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, and upgrades of 30+ virtual servers, 175+ workstations and 180+ users both local and remote.
- Support hardware and software at workstation and server level.
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Interact with users, clients and vendors.
- Provide help desk support through escalation process and after-hours requests.
- Complete special assignments/projects as assigned.
- Technical backup for Network Administrators and Chief Information Officer.
- Be on call after hours and weekends.
