About The Position

We are looking for an experienced .Net Developer to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6+ months. The ideal candidate will be an expert in at least one technology and design technique, with experience working across large environments and multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs. You will be a firm-wide resource working on projects across Business. You will be multi-skilled with expertise across the software development lifecycle and toolset, and may be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks. You should be sought out as a coach for at least one technical skill. A strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, and security is required. You will stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and use your experience to influence the application of those technologies/trends to support the business; you may also give speeches and write articles outside the firm.

Requirements

Expert in at least one technology and design technique.
Experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs.

Experience working in Agile frameworks.
Coaching experience for at least one technical skill.
