Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, in account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations, business development, or equivalent.
  • Skills include strategic planning, sales acumen, business development, account management and account strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), market research and analysis, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, proposal development, and sales forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Independent, self-directed account leader who can influence at the executive level and drive alignment across cross-functional partners.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure sales environment and brings a highly analytical, data-driven approach to delivering sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction and account plans for key national accounts, aligning to company objectives to maximize long-term revenue, growth, and retention.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enable mutual success and innovation.
  • Lead complex, large-scale initiatives and contract negotiations, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Use market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to expand share, strengthen the value proposition, and maintain accurate sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System per company policies and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, product development, and customer delivery; provide performance insights to senior leadership; and mentor account managers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
