Waters is seeking a dynamic contributor to fill the role of a Sr MS Sales Development Specialist in our Biologics business. The Biologics Commercial team is directly responsible for customers primarily engaged in large molecule work. This role will have the exciting opportunity to drive the sales of our full range of products mass spectrometers (Quadrupole, Tandem Quadrupole, TOF, QTOF, QTOF Hybrid) and Software (including our innovative waters_connect SW) in its geographic area of influence. The main goals of the role are (i) to identify, create and convert sales opportunities for our Mass Spectrometry portfolio in the geographic area of influence and (ii) to act as the sales specialist for our MS focused waters_connect SW nationwide and in Canada (including related post-sales activities). Corresponding training will be provided to enable this second goal. The desired candidate should be highly self-motivated to develop and implement a regional business plan including prospecting activities within new and existing accounts. He or she should feel comfortable working collaboratively with territory account managers, and marketing and other colleagues. The ideal candidate is to be based in any one of the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, south New York.
