About The Position

Integrated Management Strategies (IMS) is seeking an experienced Sr. MS Access Database Developer to join their healthcare consulting practice. This role is fully remote within the US, with infrequent travel. IMS is an award-winning, fast-growing woman-owned small business in the Washington DC area, specializing in healthcare, technology, and management consulting.

Requirements

8+ years MS Access development experience; expertise with MariaDB/MySQL.
Experience in federal IT financial data systems and reporting automation.
Strong SQL and database integration skills.

Responsibilities

Leads development, maintenance, and optimization of the MS Access front-end and AWS/MariaDB backend.
Manages forms, queries, reporting tables, automation, and ODBC connectivity.
Ensures reporting accuracy, daily refresh processes, performance tuning, and error resolution.
Oversees version control, data integrity, user support, and access/role management.
