About The Position
We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist with a strong operations and developer mindset to manage and enhance enterprise monitoring platforms. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, observability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and cloud environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years in infrastructure operations / monitoring / observability
- Strong expertise in monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace)
- Hands-on experience with Linux & Windows systems
- Knowledge of SNMP, network monitoring, and telemetry
- Experience with Azure monitoring and logging
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Azure Sentinel or SIEM tools
- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and automation
- Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring or event management
Responsibilities
- Own and manage monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Datadog, and Dynatrace
- Provide Linux & Windows system administration support
- Support Azure monitoring, logging, and integrations
- Improve alert quality, event management, and incident response workflows
- Collaborate with operations, cloud, and security teams
- Contribute to automation, scripting, and platform improvements
