This role involves managing a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth within a defined territory. The position requires building and executing sales strategies, actively engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members, developing territories and quotas, and managing accurate sales forecasts and pipelines to achieve annual sales goals. The role also involves acting as a Subject Matter and ServiceNow Expert in C-level meetings and building effective working relationships with various internal teams including Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and the ServiceNow executive team.
