The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
  • 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
  • Demonstrated experience as a data platform / CDP product manager enabling personalization at scale (Customer 360, profile unification, identity resolution, audience management)
  • Strong working knowledge of modern data warehouse platforms/tools (e.g., Snowflake) and how they power analytics + activation use cases.
  • Familiarity with MarTech + eCommerce data integration and architecture (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Platform) and ability to evangelize customer-focused product ways of working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products
  • Lead the product planning process form grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
  • Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment
  • Manager a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development
  • Own and evolve the Customer Data Activation / CDP roadmap, translating business outcomes into clear epics, stories, and quarterly plans that enable scalable personalization across customer touchpoints.
  • Bring strong expertise in audience strategy, segmentation, and measurement—partnering with Marketing and eCommerce to define lift targets, success metrics, and test‑and‑learn approaches that demonstrate conversion and revenue impact.
  • Lead cross‑functional data activation delivery by aligning product, engineering, and data teams on events, pipelines, APIs, and integrations to support consistent, scalable audience management and activation.
