As a Sr Mgr Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
- Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of strong task oriented results.
- The ability to model using advanced Excel functionality is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching the team.
- Holds reviews for all area teammates.
- Hires and develops teammates.
- Assist with the creation of plans and strategies to department objectives.
- Drive the creation of metrics that measure and track results for accountability and attainment of objectives.
- Manage ongoing reporting of metrics in executive dashboards and management reporting systems.
- Provide regular reporting to executive team.
