Position Summary We are seeking a driven finance leader to join the Employer CVF team and play a key role in shaping how we partner with Sales. This role is designed for someone who thinks strategically and is energized by influencing business outcomes through insight and collaboration. As a Senior Manager, you will bring clarity to portfolio performance, elevate client surveillance, and enable Sales leaders to run their business with confidence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or related financial analysis roles

Nice To Haves

  • Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-pace, evolving environment
  • Experience in Healthcare / PBM
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to balance deep analysis with portfolio-level perspective
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Clear communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into a clear, actionable story
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales leadership, providing portfolio-level insights and strategic guidance
  • Lead client surveillance efforts across the portfolio to proactively identify risks, opportunities and performance trends
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials
  • Track and drive follow-through on key risks, opportunities and mitigation actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and analytics to better support Sales decision making
