About The Position

Amazon is seeking an experienced and motivated senior product marketing leader to manage the Amazon Freight Partner and Relay product marketing team. This critical role is highly visible across senior levels of the Transportation Technology and Services department. As a Senior Manager, you are a hands-on, experienced, and versatile marketing leader who has successfully led teams in planning and executing impactful go-to-market campaigns. At Amazon, you will drive strategic planning and oversee the execution of GTM collateral, deploy communications to target audiences across multiple channels, and monitor adoption to identify opportunities for additional marketing impact. Your team will conduct regular GTM campaign analysis to improve processes and outputs—with you leading the emphasis on continuous improvement. As the leader of a fast-paced, high-achieving marketing team, you will need to effectively lead your own team while collaborating cross-functionally within the product and technology organization, as well as with parallel marketing organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of comprehensive full-year go-to-market plans that your team executes against, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Development and execution of a scalable, multi-channel carrier and driver communication strategy that drives engagement and product adoption.
  • Collaboration with the acquisition marketing team to align marketing strategies, including coordinated outbound communications to both acquired and non-acquired customers.
  • Collaboration with product and technical teams to optimize customer experience and ensure marketing efforts are informed by product roadmaps and customer feedback.
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analysis and reporting on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate marketing impact.
  • Management of cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment across the organization.
