About The Position

Join LTTS as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in North Haven, CT, and play a pivotal role in shaping advanced manufacturing solutions. As a Windchill PLM Subject Matter Expert, you will champion digital transformation and ensure operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of SPC methodologies and quality tools
  • Demonstrated experience as a Windchill PLM Subject Matter Expert
  • Skilled in PLM application configuration and system integrations
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with equipment and tooling knowledge
  • Solid understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance
  • Practical project management knowledge

  • Experience with Agile PLM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in manufacturing data governance

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, and equipment installations
  • Optimize and improve manufacturing operations to maximize productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Analyze manufacturing challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes aligned with SPC and process capability improvement
  • Manage product data, engineering change processes, and lifecycle management
  • Configure, implement, and support Windchill PLM solutions, leveraging technical and business process expertise
  • Integrate PLM with enterprise systems, including ERP, CAD, and MES
  • Support Agile PLM processes and enforce product data governance standards
  • Validate process effectiveness through rigorous testing, inspection, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
