Through cross-functional collaboration, instinct, and creativity, the individual will become an expert on the guest, the market, and the competition. As a Sr Merchandise Specialist, you will support the Produce & Floral categories for in-store and online channels, providing key executional support to both merchandise buying and planning teams. This role is integral to new vendor setup and maintaining item and vendor data across many SKUs. You will proactively communicate on behalf of the department in meetings and via email, serving as the liaison for Import Operations, Transportation, Store Ops, and vendors. Additionally, you will help coordinate samples and resolve issues with supply chain partners to ensure successful product flow through the network.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented multitasker
• High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Responsibilities
