The Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist (MHAS) is a critical field-based role responsible for engaging healthcare providers (HCPs) and care team members at Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavior Health Centers, and Hospitals. The primary objective is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for appropriate patients by fostering deeper scientific dialogue, ensuring on-label discussions, and building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders. The MHAS will also collaborate with other BMS functions, such as Therapeutic Area Specialists (TAS) and Key Account Managers (KAM), to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve business results while upholding BMS values. This role requires 100% field engagement with customers.
