The Sr. Medical Affairs Governance & Education Coordinator provides oversight for the medical staff governing documents and related committees to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance. This individual serves as an administrative liaison to Medical Board members and administrators to provide clerical support as it relates to assigned meetings. Monitors all regulatory requirements related to business items that require Medical Board approval, and ensures compliance and proper documentation. Prepares all medical staff reports on behalf of the Medical Boards for presentation to the Board of Trustees. Assists with the development of or maintenance of all education and orientation materials as required by Medical Staff Affairs, and any associated policies and procedures. Participates in the development of online content and communication for the credentialed providers or other communications as needed or requested by the Medical Affairs leadership team. Oversee the performance and development of staff that support the medical affairs governance process. Provides other support or performs other duties as requested by members of the Medical Staff Affairs leadership team.
