About The Position

Drive the evolution of Everpure’s go-to-market engine by architecting and scaling our Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy to maximize global revenue impact. As a Principal Lead, you will serve as the premier subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional execution and transforming fragmented data into high-performance audience intelligence. This role acts as a strategic bridge between Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering, turning complex technical ecosystems into advanced personalization engines that directly fuel pipeline growth and marketing ROI. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is powered by precise, real-time data insights through visionary technical leadership and architectural excellence.

Requirements

  • Deep technical mastery in designing and executing composable CDPs and MarTech infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake) within a global B2B enterprise environment.
  • Proven success in designing complex data flows, managing identity resolution, and translating data capabilities into sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment on GTM systems and processes.
  • Exceptional capability in marketing analytics and data governance, with a focus on building actionable frameworks for audience intelligence and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, strategy, and end-to-end integration of a composable CDP (e.g., Hightouch) to unify data across Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo, ensuring a seamless flow of intelligence across the Everpure Platform.
  • Author and champion the comprehensive marketing data roadmap, establishing enterprise-wide data quality frameworks, synchronization standards, and KPIs that measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner directly with Sales and Marketing teams to operationalize complex customer journeys, leveraging identity resolution and propensity-to-buy modeling to enable high-precision targeting.
  • Spearhead collaboration across Revenue Operations, BI, and Finance to align global GTM systems, ensuring data integrity across account hierarchies and lead-to-account matching.
  • Design frameworks for real-time reporting and B2B data enrichment, empowering digital marketing organizations to optimize media tactics and campaign performance with speed and agility.
