This job is responsible for the delivery of a portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include owning day to day relationships with key business partners, solving moderate to complex business problems and independently driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions. Lead the evolution of our digital experiences to maximize visibility across search engines and emerging AI- and LLM-driven experiences. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business objectives and AEM platform capabilities, ensuring content, page structures, components, and authoring experiences are designed to improve discoverability, relevance, and AI readiness. The role partners across Marketing, Technology, SEO, and agency teams to define requirements, guide platform investments, evaluate migration opportunities, and shape the future of AEM. This individual will help determine what experiences belong on the platform, what capabilities are required to support them, and how AEM should evolve to support changing search and AI consumption behaviors.
