Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑motivated, data‑driven, and committed to quality
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. (and rarely up to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8+ hour workday
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Regular, reliable attendance is essential

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Plan and manage all pre‑show, onsite, and post‑show activities
  • Coordinate booth design, logistics, and promotional materials
  • Maximize ROI through targeted campaigns and lead-generation efforts
  • Develop and update brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools
  • Ensure brand alignment across all marketing materials
  • Manage and update website content; optimize for SEO and user experience
  • Lead social media strategy and engagement (LinkedIn and other platforms)
  • Create digital campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Write blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and thought‑leadership content
  • Partner with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals
  • Support email marketing and automated workflows
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Deliver insights and performance analytics to guide decision-making
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies
  • Manage budgets for trade shows, advertising, and campaigns
  • Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Gather customer testimonials and develop case studies
