About The Position

Support and execute technical content go-to-market strategies aligned with overall technical marketing objectives. Translate complex technical features into clear, customer-facing solutions and use cases, and support product launches with technical deep dives and solution-focused documentation. Create and maintain technical content, including how-to videos, technical articles, Explorer/knowledge-base content, and FAQs. Provide technical marketing support to internal and external stakeholders to drive product adoption and usage of gaming products. Create training materials for internal teams and external users. Provide technical support for events (e.g., demos, customer training, trade shows) as needed. Track and analyze performance data for technical content and reviews, applying insights to improve content effectiveness and go-to-market impact. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical content, including documentation, knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides
  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including technical enablement or event support
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling product and marketing content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Solutions, Engineering, and Sales
  • Curiosity for new technologies and a strong understanding of the gaming community, including trends, user behavior, and ecosystems
  • Ability to track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, usage, feedback) to improve effectiveness
