About The Position

As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your expertise will help shape our marketing initiatives, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and align with our overall business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Please note that all new hires to Honeywell will be asked to come onsite fully for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition and foster strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years experience in customer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting techniques to optimize marketing efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with account-based marketing tools (such as Demandbase) as well as Salesforce experience
  • Working with Marketo or other email automation tools
  • Social media paid advertising experience with Google Ad Words, Adobe Search Engine Optimization, etc
  • Executing strong digital advertising campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Some travel will be required (less than 20%)
