About The Position

Health Catalyst is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager focused on Demand Generation & Marketing Operations to join their team. This role is crucial in building and scaling the demand generation infrastructure to support the company's market transformation strategy. The position offers significant ownership and visibility, working closely with senior leadership to influence marketing performance and its communication across the organization. The company is a leading provider of data and analytics technology and services for the healthcare industry, aiming to drive measurable clinical, operational, and financial improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong track record of driving pipeline.
  • Proven ability to own lead generation strategy end-to-end, from concept through execution and optimization.
  • Experience building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and modern marketing technology ecosystems including intent data, AI-assisted optimization, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience managing external agencies, including setting direction and holding them accountable to outcomes.
  • Analytical fluency with funnel metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, growth-stage environments—building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Highly independent, proactive operator with a driver/achiever mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution across channels (digital, content, ABM, syndication) with clear accountability for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and lead quality.
  • Define and build high-performing demand generation programs.
  • Own the metrics and reporting for funnel performance, track conversion across the funnel, and provide clear recommendations for changes.
  • Work hands-on in Salesforce and Marketo, owning campaign setup, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Have decision-making authority over the marketing operations infrastructure, including prioritization and scaling.
  • Shape the company's approach to AI-assisted optimization, intent data, and modern attribution.
  • Set direction for external partners across lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing ops, holding them accountable to outcomes.
  • Operate across marketing, growth, and product teams, translating funnel performance into language that earns credibility with sales leadership.
  • Present with authority and listen with intention.
