Coordinates the creation and distribution of internal communication vehicles including (intranet, newsletters, emails, etc.), provides event/meeting planning consultation and support for department heads, and provides foundational support for media relations and marketing to the Operational Unit (OU) Directors of Marketing Communications in adherence to the Operating Unit's operational goals. As a Sr. Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will: Effectively communicate OU goals to internal and external audiences. Manage content, creative and graphic development of OU publications and email or other distribution. Adhere to Trinity Health brand standards and policies in all communications. Promote OU services and mission through media relations (proactive & reactive). Write OU releases; pitch stories to local media to support awareness of OU services and programs. Leverage the OU brand, services and key messages through the web. Update Intranet & Internet with timely and useful colleague and physician information in accordance with the Trinity Health web policy. Keep sites relevant and "fresh" in content. Other duties as needed and assigned by the manager.
