About The Position

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Market Access Analyst to work at their Monmouth Junction, NJ location. This role offers the flexibility of telecommuting up to one day per week. The analyst will be responsible for assisting with the creation of 3rd party pricing analyses and presentations for Liquid XR products for the pricing committee. They will collaborate with the Market Access team to design and enhance strategic pull-through modifications in the CRM system. The role involves tracking and analyzing the formulary positioning of Liquid XR products and providing updates to senior members of the Analytics and Market Access teams. Additionally, the analyst will assist in creating patient journey analyses for Liquid XR and competitive products, and aid in the development, enrichment, and maintenance of Market Access-related datasets and databases (e.g., Fingertip, MMIT). The position requires cross-functional collaboration with various commercial teams to accurately collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information, enabling data-driven decision-making. Participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for solving data-related challenges is expected. The analyst will also assist in identifying and proposing data-driven solutions to business problems using statistical and machine learning techniques, and help with data cleaning, processing, and analysis for field sales-related projects and initiatives. Background checks, including drug testing, may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Bus Admin, Comp Sci, Info Sci, Applied Mathematics, Stats, or related field; 4 years relevant exp in a business or academic environment in one of the following areas: data operations/information services, business intelligence or analytics; and required skills.
  • Alternatively, Master’s in Bus Admin, Comp Sci, Info Sci, Applied Mathematics, Stats, or related field; 2 years relevant exp in a business or academic environment in one of the following areas: data operations/information services, business intelligence or analytics; and required skills.
  • Skills (2 years exp) in: data analysis and scripting skills.
  • Extract and transform tabular data sets from SQL tables.
  • Programming concepts and languages (SQL for querying data and Python for modeling).
  • Tableau or other similar data visualization tool.
  • (1-year exp) in the pharmaceutical industry with liquid and solid oral extended-release products.
  • (1-year exp) with formulary positioning.
  • (1- year exp) with pharmacy benefit manager contracting.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of Liquid XR products 3rd party pricing analysis & presentations for pricing committee review.
