Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, process engineering, change management, and/or logistics, ideally within the IT industry with a technical understanding of system behaviors.
  • Demonstrated experience with WMS technology is required
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • experience with TMS technology is strongly preferred
  • Experience with technologies supporting logistics or warehousing operations is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, defining product vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities and define product needs and enhancements, documenting requirements, configuration updates, and business cases for the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including operations, engineering, data services, innovations, and sales — to understand needs, prioritize features, and communicate roadmap priorities and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to release, coordinating with engineering and QA teams to define release schedules, ensure thorough testing, and deliver quality features on time.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with sales teams to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track product success, analyzing data and feedback to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
