Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
7-10 Years Relevant Work Experience

Nice To Haves

Cable/telecommunications experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading technical operations teams, ensuring effective management of productivity, quality, and staffing to meet operational goals
Overseeing daily technical activities, including installation, service, construction, and materials management for company success
Maintaining system compliance with NCTA, FCC regulations, and company operating standards
Developing and refining operational procedures and practices to enhance departmental performance
Ensuring completion of all technical service and maintenance work, both scheduled and on-demand
Conducting performance reviews and reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Creating training programs and quality guidelines to prepare staff for emerging technological advancements
Formulating and managing operational budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and resource allocation align with strategic plans
Coordinating with other departments to address customer issues and integrate new technology solutions
Facilitating staff and system readiness for new technology demands by engaging in consistent deployment planning discussions
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
