CarMax is seeking an experienced Talent Management leader to own the creation, implementation and sustainment of our Service Operations & Logistics training and development programs. In this role, you will lead a component of the training strategy for our Service Operations & Logistics organizations, equipping associates and leaders across the field to deliver an iconic customer experience safely and efficiently. As a leader within the talent management community, you will play a key role in providing insight, feedback and recommendations related to the training needs within the business, directly influencing talent related priorities and investments.
