The Talent & Growth Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise wide talent strategies—spanning talent management, leadership development, executive experiences, skills foundations, performance, potential, and succession planning. The team designs integrated, data driven solutions that help the organization know, grow, and prepare its talent, while enabling consistent, scalable practices across all segments. The Senior Manager, Talent & Growth plays a critical role in shaping the future of our executive leadership experiences. You will be responsible for designing and executing executive development experiences that align with Disney's leadership expectations and values. This role is crucial in ensuring that our senior executives are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to drive innovation and business results in an ever-changing market. The Senior Manager reports to Director, Talent & Growth. Do you get energy from ideating and creating in a white space?
