As Sr. Manager, Talent and Belonging at Intuitive, you will shape how we engage and support our employees, building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed. Reporting to Intuitive's Global Talent Management Organization, you will support a broad range of employee communities and ensure our talent programs reflect the full diversity of our workforce and the patients we serve. You will drive the growth and vitality of these communities through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), partnerships with external organizations, and close collaboration with HR functions and teams across the organization. In this role, you will help shape an integrated people strategy that strengthens our culture and empowers every employee to do their best work. The right candidate brings a holistic, businessgrounded approach to talent, and will help embed belonging principles into Intuitive's broader talent work — from leadership pipeline development and succession planning to how we identify, develop, and advance talent across the organization.
