DaVita is seeking a high-performing Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve their CBO TA function. This leader will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and collaborate closely with senior business and People Services (HR) leaders to deliver a world-class hiring experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders to meet organizational needs. Key Focus Areas include Strong Leadership to foster accountability, motivation, and a culture of excellence while developing TA and Sourcing Partners; Process Improvement to streamline recruiting processes using technology and innovative strategies; and Stakeholder Management to build strong relationships with senior leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational priorities.
