Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Location: Florence, Kentucky (On‑Site Manufacturing Campus) Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition – U.S. (dotted line to Site HR Director) Job Summary The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership for talent acquisition across a large‑scale, high‑volume manufacturing campus and its supporting functions. This role designs and executes an end‑to‑end, regionally aligned talent acquisition strategy that enables current operations, planned expansions, and long‑term workforce sustainability. Operating as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leadership, the Senior Manager builds and leads a high‑performing regional TA organization, strengthens internal recruiting capabilities, and ensures delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective hiring outcomes. This role is critical to workforce planning excellence, hiring quality, and the development of scalable talent pipelines across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and building high‑performing TA organizations.
  • Proven experience leading recruiting across geographically dispersed U.S. manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, employment legislation, and talent market dynamics.
  • Experience managing large‑scale hiring ramps and reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Advanced experience optimizing ATS platforms, workforce planning tools, and talent analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related business systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic TA leadership at the Florence, KY campus, ensuring hiring strategies align with production demands, business priorities, and growth plans.
  • Develop and execute region‑wide talent acquisition strategies supporting workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and selection across manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by delivering insights on labor market trends, talent availability, risk mitigation, and hiring best practices.
  • Build, lead, and continuously develop a high‑performing regional talent acquisition team, including Recruiters and Sourcers.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, capability development, operational rigor, and results orientated.
  • Lead change and drive agility across the TA organization within a fast‑paced, matrixed operating environment.
  • Lead recruiting delivery for high‑volume manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality, engineering, plant leadership, corporate, and shared services roles (direct and indirect labor).
  • Design and deploy scalable hiring models to support site expansions, new facility launches, and accelerated hiring ramps.
  • Forecast staffing demand and proactively align recruiting capacity, timelines, and sourcing strategies to operational plans.
  • Continuously assess and enhance recruiting processes, tools, and delivery models to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Own TA budget management and financial forecasting, driving cost control, ROI, and hiring efficiency.
  • Reduce reliance on external recruitment vendors by strengthening internal capabilities, while overseeing external partnerships when necessary.
  • Lead campus and early career hiring strategies across the region.
  • Represent the organization at community, university, and industry events to build strong, long‑term talent pipelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report key TA performance indicators, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, employment laws, security requirements, and governance standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support broader business and workforce objectives.
