Developing and executing effective "go to market" strategies facilitates successful negotiations, driving favorable commercial terms and value creation. Lead cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop category strategies. Maintain alignment on supplier solutions with business unit leadership. Collaborating across business units and regional teams fosters positive organizational outcomes, ensuring alignment and synergy in procurement efforts.
