About The Position

Evisort Engineering is growing, and we're searching for a Sr. Manager, Software Development Engineering, to join our team. In this role, you'll bring together and mentor a team of talented engineers with various backgrounds and skills. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Design to maintain and expand our leading contract management solutions. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our ambitious goal of delivering outstanding AI at scale. This will transform how companies of all sizes optimize and streamline their contract negotiation and management processes. You'll play a key role in advancing our AI initiatives and delivering outstanding value to a wide range of clients, from legal departments to business professionals across the globe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, with a strong focus on cloud-based systems and AI/ML
  • 10+ years of experience with design and development for mission critical systems at scale
  • Proven ability to seek out and hire the highest performing professionals to build cutting edge products with AI capabilities
  • Extensive experience in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS and Python ecosystem preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, AI code generation / review / testing, etc)
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures, API integration, and large-scale automation.
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research
