About The Position

The Senior Manager, Retail Strategy & Operations develops and leads retail strategies for the US and Canada markets. You will guide the Retail team in delivering important initiatives that improve the in-store experience and drive operational excellence. The Senior Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess risks across business categories, and share insights with cluster leadership. You will ensure all retail initiatives are completed on time and within budget. You will report to the Vice President, US Retail, US & Canada Operations, and Real Estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in retail, consumer, or channel operations.
  • 3+ years in consulting, investment banking, or a strategic/analytical role.
  • Experience with analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Develop professional relationships with senior leaders, make informed decisions, and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and adaptable to new tools and systems.
  • Manage confidential information securely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Define regional and market strategies to improve growth and market share, in collaboration with the VP, Retail, Real Estate & Operations, and Leadership Team.
  • Lead retail business planning and partner with Finance and the US-Canada Leadership Team on annual goals and priorities.
  • Gather and analyze market, consumer, and competitor insights to inform actionable strategies.
  • Manage in-market tests, evaluate results, and recommend next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profit, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Facilitate regional commercial meetings, set agendas, and drive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate across functions to structure analyses, develop insights, and align solutions.
  • Lead strategic programs, managing cross-functional teams from planning through execution.
  • Develop tools to track progress, improve collaboration, and mitigate risks.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve project goals and results.
