We are a high-powered, high-performing team dedicated to providing a best-in-class digital experience for all Aetna members. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between market insights and product execution and overseeing the operational aspects of product development, streamlining processes, and managing data to support product strategy. This role will lead our end-to-end competitive intelligence process, transforming raw data into actionable strategies that inform product development, enhance GTM (go-to-market) efforts, and ensure operational alignment across the organization. Key responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, strategic planning, data management, analysis and reporting, stakeholder management & communication, and tools and systems management. To be successful in this role, you must be a methodical thinker, capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In addition, you must have experience in a product development environment, have excellent facilitation & communication skills, strong analytical skills and a proven ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
