About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Retail Facilities, will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operational activities of our retail facilities. This position will lead a team of Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure all retail locations are well-maintained, operationally efficient, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience.
8-10 years of experience in facilities management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Very well versed in CMMS platforms such as Limble and Service Channel.
Experienced in implementing CMMS platforms and providing ongoing training support.
Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the work of the Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency across all retail locations.
Build and maintain operational relationships to drive consistent cross-functional communication and alignment.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facility Maintenance Managers.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all retail facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Ability to manage budgets and identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.
Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and compliance documentation.
