About The Position

Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager to own Recruiting Operations end to end, from requisition management through scheduling and offer approval. The role leads the Recruiting Coordination Manager and two Recruiting Operations Managers, developing their capabilities while focusing on function-wide strategy, escalations, and delivery. The Senior Manager will lead a major recruiting technology transformation, using AI to redesign how the team works and managing the change needed to sustain that transformation. The role will refine the operating model as automation takes over manual administrative work, and use data and insights to set goals, measure progress, and influence decisions. Close partnership with recruiting and business executive leadership will ensure that strategy, tooling, and reporting support the broader talent roadmap. This is a remote position for candidates residing in the United States. The role is expected to champion Samsara’s cultural principles and hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.

  • Must be based remotely within the United States.
