Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Job Overview The HR Senior Manager, Quality & Regulatory Affairs will be the primary HR partner to senior leaders in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety Depuy Synthes organization. He/she will actively support and coach business leaders and will also drive Talent Management, Organizational Design and Change Management. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing strong HR leadership in support of business goals, enterprise, and HR strategies. The position plays a critical role in enabling supply chain performance, strengthening customer trust, and supporting DePuy Synthes’ mission to deliver innovative orthopedic solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in global, operational organizations.
  • Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
  • English proficiency.

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to global Supply Chain or Operations organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Translate business priorities into aligned people and workforce strategies.
  • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability development to support evolving operating models.
  • Support talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders on organizational health, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Enable SC & Operations transformation initiatives through effective change leadership.
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Legal, and other people related functions to address employee relations topics.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
  • Compliance/admin: Upload/ submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
