About The Position

Oversees all manufacturing, engineering, production, repair, maintenance, planning, quality, and health & safety operations within a single plant. The Manager/Team Leader oversees the following accountabilities in the assigned unit / department or team: Overseeing all manufacturing, engineering, and production processes within a plant for efficiency and productivity. Managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize production processes and implement innovative techniques. Supervising Manufacturing Production Operations for timely and cost-effective production of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Coordinating Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime. Ensuring Quality by implementing rigorous control measures and adhering to industry standards and regulations. Prioritizing Environmental and Employee Health & Safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
