About The Position

The WTE Product System Test team is looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed technical leader of Quality Engineering to lead the QA function within our connectivity, cellular and satellite group. This is a rare opportunity to directly shape the quality standards that underpin the communications and connectivity systems used by hundreds of millions of people every day. You will lead a team of QA professionals, define and defend high quality standards, and champion a culture of rigorous, scalable quality assurance across radio technologies. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years leading a QE team
• Track record of managing and delivering large scale projects including software features and new platforms
• Proven excellence in leading the investigation efforts post product launch
• Proficient understanding of the Bluetooth suite of protocols
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in cellular, satellite, WiFi/BT testing, with deep understanding of SW/FW validation processes and overall software development cycles
• In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience on building, deploying and updating test beds
• Strong experience in system-level testing of radio co-existence (e.g. Cellular, Satellite, WIFI) in embedded devices
• Proficient understanding of the wireless suite of protocols
• Succeed in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across many teams
• Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
